The Jubilee Institute of Higher Education (JIHE) is operated by the Assemblies of God (AOG) church. It’s located at the Rainbow. The campus is located just next to Port Moresby National High School. The campus is quite spacious and it’s doesn’t have many facilities as yet.
The campus is located right along the main Waigani to Gerehu (Goro-Kaeaga) Road, and easily accessible by students or the general public. Rainbow main bus stop is few hundred meters. Also, the shops Rainbow. For example, Rainbow Eliseo supermarket, Rainbow Pacific International Hospital (PIH) clinic, Rainbow SDA Church and other shops at Rainbow.
It’s also close to Gerehu Hospital and Police Station.
Programs offered at Jubilee Higher Education Institute.
The Jubilee Institute of Higher Education started as Rema Theological Seminary and later it was converted to a higher learning institution and is recognized by DHERST. Currently it has three(3) Schools and offers the following programs.
1: School of Business
- Bachelors in Accounting (BBA)
- Diploma in Accounting (DBA)
2: School of Education
- Bachelors of Education-Primary -Primary Teaching (B.Ed)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Education
- Certificate in Early Childhood Education
- Diploma of Education-Early Childhood Teaching (DipEd)
3: School of Arts
- Certificate in Rural Technology

Because of it’s location, it also provides rental student accommodation to students attending other institutions like UPNG, Somare Institute of Leadership and Governance (SILAG).
